  1. In offset printing, the KBA Rapida 105 Pro, with smart vision system, colour testing and the ability to print up to 18,000 sheets per hour.
  2. The Bobst Expertfold 80 A-1 folder-gluer with Handypack and Accubraille for in-line braille.
  3. The OPTIMA-L 105 KBA die-cutter, equipped with ejector and blanking.

At Grup Maculart, before production begins, all approved projects first pass through our design and pre-print department. This is an essential step to adjust the originals to the die profile, retouch the file if necessary and propose original designs, aligned with the customer’s needs and the requirements of the pharmaceutical sector.

To reach the final confirmation, the design and pre-print department delivers a specification signoff package to the customer that includes an animated 3D model so that the final product can be assessed in detail. In this way, we guarantee maximum printing efficiency and results that meet the specific needs of each customer.
